FREE Property Records - Where To Search Online

The majority of buyers conducting a title search on real estate would more than likely want to access public records recorded and indexed online with thier local County recorder's office for due diligence rather than hire a title company for Preliminary title report information.

In some cases your local tax assessor and County recorder will provide inhouse access to basic title, tax and transfer information (some counties provide mortgage and lien information), depending on the county for a monthly subscription or on a pay per pull basis.

US TITLE RECORDS offers Free foreclosure activity reports for any property reflecting current and recorded foreclosure activity including notice of default and pre-foreclosure status as a courtesy @ http://www.ustitlerecords.com
